ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Have a genuine commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and a strong desire to reach their peers for Christ.
Be aged between 18 – 30 years.
Be studying in a premier institute with a good working knowledge of English.
Have a minimum of 1 year remaining in the course as of April 2026
Be recognized as Leaders in their churches/ministries/professions.
Be committed to preparing others for evangelism as Forge Leaders.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

As the number of participants is restricted, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The last day to apply is midnight on December 10th, 2025.

When is the 'Forge Leadership Experience 2026' happening? March 26th - 31st, 2026.
Where is it happening? In Cochin, Kerala.
What is the cost involved in attending? The Forge Leadership Team fully bears all expenses.
Who can apply? Anyone who satisfies the Eligibility criteria can apply. Even if you don't satisfy all the requirements, do apply as case-specific evaluations will still be undertaken for each application.
Should I appear for an interview to be selected? Yes.
Is there an option to attend online? Unfortunately, there isn't. Forge Leadership Experience is a completely in-person conference.
Who are the faculty at the Forge Leadership Experience? The faculty comprises leading experts and visionary trailblazers from the Ministry and Marketplace arena.
