ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • ​​Have a genuine commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  • Applicants may be young professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, mid-level managers, or senior managers looking to lead with excellence and impact their enterprises for Christ.

  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following industries:

    • Corporate sectors (finance, marketing, technology, etc.)

    • Healthcare and education

    • Government and non-profits

    • Arts, media, and entertainment

  • Be committed to preparing others for evangelism as Forge Leaders.

1. Who is this program for?

This program is designed for Christian professionals from diverse industries who want to integrate their faith into their work, grow as leaders, and make a lasting impact in their workplace. Participants can be in mid-level, senior roles, entrepreneurs, or emerging leaders.

2. What is the main focus of the program?

The program focuses on helping participants:

  • Deepen their relationship with God.

  • Develop leadership skills rooted in biblical principles.

  • See their workplace as a mission field.

  • Learn financial stewardship aligned with God’s word.

  • Equip themselves to share the gospel with colleagues effectively.

3. How long is the program?

The program lasts six days. You must arrive on March 26th and depart on March 31st. Sessions will include workshops, discussions, and practical exercises.

4. Is there a cost to participate?

No there isn't! The programme is fully sponsored by Forge.​

5. Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes, the program includes group activities, discussions, and informal networking opportunities to build connections with other Christian professionals.
